# How to make a one-off investment?

## Make a deposit "in one go"
Head on over to "Invest" and then "In one go". You'll see the information to make the transfer.

||| One-off investments are not automatic. You have to make the transfer yourself via your banking app.

Some banks require you to add the address and BIC code:

*Add your nine-digit Account ID which starts with 224, followed by your first and last name.*

| If you have multiple portfolios, make sure to include the correct Account ID. Without it, we can't allocate the deposit and it may be returned.

## You can only send deposits from your linked IBAN

| You can only send money from the bank account you linked up when creating your account. If you send money from another account, it will be refunded.
