I'm not receiving the SMS verification code

If you're not receiving the SMS code when logging in, here are a few things you can check.


Check your phone number


Make sure the phone number linked to your Curvo account is correct. You can see which number we have on file by checking which number is shown on the login screen.


If the number is wrong, log in with itsme and update your phone number afterwards.


Check your phone


  • Make sure your phone can receive SMS messages. Ask someone to send you a test message.
  • Check if messages from unknown senders are blocked on your device.
  • Make sure your phone has network reception.


Request a new code


If the code doesn't arrive, go back to the phone number screen and tap Send again. This will send a new code. You can request up to 3 codes within 15 minutes. After that, you'll need to wait before trying again.


Use an alternative login method


If you're still not receiving the code, you can log in with itsme or via email instead. Both options are available on the login screen.
