# What happens if my monthly contribution wasn't debited?

Sometimes a monthly contribution isn't debited from your bank account as expected. This can happen for various reasons, such as insufficient funds or a temporary issue with your bank.

Your existing investments are not affected. They remain invested and continue to grow as usual.

## What to do

If your monthly contribution wasn't debited, contact us through the app or at help@curvo.eu. We'll look into what happened and make sure your next contribution goes through smoothly.
