# What happens to my investments if I move to another country?

Your investments don't have to be sold just because you move to another country.

When you move, [update your address in the Curvo app](/en/article/how-can-i-change-my-home-address-a3wnb3/). We'll then email you a tax residency form. Fill it in, send it back to us, and we'll email you to confirm what your move means for your portfolio.

If you're moving within the European Union, you can keep your investments and carry on contributing as before.
