# Why would I need Curvo if I already have a pension saving plan ("épargne-pension" or "pensioensparen")?

It's great that you're already saving for your pension. We think the Belgian pension saving plan is a good system thanks to the tax break. However we see a couple of limitations:
1. Your contributions are capped at €1,350 per year.
2. Pension saving funds are constrained in how they invest your money. This puts a limit on the return of your investments.

Investing through the Curvo app is a good option if you wish to save more than €1,350 in a year, or if you seek a higher return.
