# Wat gebeurt er als Curvo de deuren sluit?

Je beleggingen zijn veilig als Curvo ophoudt te bestaan of failliet gaat. Ze worden in jouw naam bewaard door een aparte juridische entiteit, de Stichting Noordnederlandse Beleggersgiro. Dit wordt verder uitgelegd op onze [veiligheidspagina](https://curvo.eu/nl/veiligheid).

Zo krijg je toegang tot je tegoeden als Curvo zou sluiten:
1. Neem rechtstreeks contact met ons op via de chat in de app.
2. Als de app niet werkt (of is afgesloten), stuur dan een e-mail naar [hello@curvo.eu](mailto:hello@curvo.eu)
3. Als binnen 24 uur geen reactie van Curvo komt, neem dan rechtstreeks contact op met de bewaarder via [info@nnek.nl](mailto:info@nnek.nl). De bewaarder zal per e-mail een formulier sturen om de opdracht te geven je geld terug te krijgen.
